Dr Ann Ruben, a highly respected psychologist, has been well aware that many people would like to be happier than they are but they just don't know how to go about it. So, she decided to publish a little book called, "The Memoirs Of A Happy Psychologist" to help others see what has worked for her. She hoped both men and women would be brave enough to try some of her suggestions, especially since it is a well known fact, validated by research, that happy people are healthier, live longer, and are a delight to be with.

Georgia Litwack told me that whenever she felt sad or down-in-the-dumps all she had to do was pick up my little book The Memoirs of a Happy Psychologist, re-read a few chapters and immediately her sadness disappeared. How wonderful That a tiny book, only 62 pages, can accomplish that.

She says, "Making others happy makes me happy and we both benefit." She is listed in "Who's Who in the World", "Who's Who in American Women" and has been interviewed by CNN, NBC, CBS and People magazine.

Is Happiness A Good Thing?

Is it more than just feeling good?

Yes. Yes. Yes.

It's a lot more than feeling good. A woman, much like the one above has found that happiness and now that she has, she says she has a more satisfying marriage. She earns more money at work; she has more friends and has more energy. Being happy has helped her to become more creative; she is more helpful with others, is more charitable and self confident. The benefits of happiness are many for herself and her family.
