Dr Ann Moliver Ruben is a licensed psychologist living in Delray Beach, Florida who is ready to celebrate her 84th birthday in 2009.
She got her three degrees 9B.S., M. Ed., and Ph. D.) from the University of Pittsburgh. she has been an elementary school teacher, a university professor and most recently is devoting her energy to helping others learn how to bring more happiness into their lives.
